This past week I have been feeling my baby girl a lot! She is a very active little one. At night is the time where I feel her the most. Last night I was very tired so I laid down at about 8 and Garret came to bed later and was watching a movie. I felt her kick so I woke up and put Garret's hand on my belly and he felt her kick for the very first time, twice! It was so sweet. And yes, I started crying. It was so special. It is becoming more real now.
 Next weekend, I am going up to Boise to visit my family and go rafting. I think I might be insane to be 5 1/2 months pregnant and bump around the raft in cold water. It might be my last time to go for a while so I am going to brave it. My sweet mother and sister Wendy are throwing me a baby shower while I'm there and I have looked forward to a baby shower for a long time. Not just for the cute clothes and good food but to see all my friends that I haven't seen since I've moved. ( P.S. if you didn't get an invite and want to go, please come. I would love to see whoever I can while I am there.)
As for my husband, he is becoming more of a softy everyday, and the baby is not even born yet. He is probably doing that to keep me from crying and my hormone level down so he doesn't have to deal with a crazy pregnant lady. He is working like crazy and is a scout leader for the 11 year olds in our ward and loves it. Every extra minute he has, he is either working on our house and yard or his derby car. We are excited for our last summer just the two of us, but he just can't wait for September when he becomes a Dad.
Every Friday for the past few months, I go down to my sister's house and play with her and her 3 boys all day. We go to lunch, go shopping, go swimming and do whatever we can to have fun and keep her boys somewhat happy in the meantime. It has really become my saving grace, and I count down the days til the next Friday Fun day. Since we have found out my sister is pregnant, in the afternoon we always take a nap. 2 prego ladies shopping and taking care of 3 little boys, you bet we are exhausted!
We do love Friday Fun days and wonder what it will be like with 5 little kids. Mostly we will stay inside and do crafts and things. If anyone has any good ideas of what we can do with 5 kids, please post them below.
